IV Construction for reference
◆Surface treatment: wipe off the impurity, for example, floating dust, rust, oil stain, etc. to keep the surface clean and dry;
◆Form of construction work: spray coating with or without air, better to choose large bore spray guns;
◆Blending ratio: Component A : Component B = 4:1 (weight ratio, which changes with different color). Evenly stir Component A and Component B respectively before blending;
◆Dilution ratio: (Component A + Component B) : water = 1: 0.05~0.15. Keep it standing 5~10 minutes for activation and filter with a piece of 120 mesh filter cloth;
◆Applicable viscosity: spray coating, 20~25s (paint-4cup, 23±2°C);
◆ Recoat interval: ≥12h (23±2°C);
◆Life in tanks: 1~2h at 23±2°C, decreasing with the increase of temperature; (Note: It refers to the pot life after Component A and Component B are blended)
◆Type of drying: naturally dry at normal temperature (15°C ~40°C) or bake at a temperature of 80°C ~90°C for 20~25 min.
◆Theoretical spreading rate: 8~9 m2/kg (20 micron dry film), while the actual quantity depends on the substrate structure and application method.
VII Attentions
◆Difference in the level of processing metal substrate is referred to final effect and barrier property of the film coating;
◆Coating it as quickly as possible after substrate done with an overcoating interval between 12h and 7 days (at 25°C);
◆Perform construction at a temperature between 15°C and 40°C and higher than the dew point by 3°C; Do not work at relative humidity≥80%;
◆Do not work outdoors when it is wet. If started, please cover the wet paint film with a canopy;
◆Keep the product in a cool and ventilate place (5°C~45°C). The validity is 1 year. If failing to meet the time limit, the product still can be used if proved to be up to standard through inspection.

Construction for reference and others
1. Clear the surface of items to be coated before painting by sand blasting and shot blasting in grade Sa25 and manual and power tools in grade St2 to remove rust;
2. Stir Component A completely and evenly before use. Prepare with a weight ratio of A:B = 7:1, blend uniformly 10 min for maturing, and filter with a 120 mesh strainer. Spray with or without air with an overcoating interval between 15h and 7d (at 25°C);
3. Life in tanks: 3h, decreasing with the increase of temperature;
4. Perform construction at a temperature between 15°C and 40°C and higher than the dew point by 3°C with a relative humidity lower than 80%;
5. Thinner: add 5%~10% drinking water or purified water according to the construction viscosity;
6. Packing: 21kg/barrel for Component A and 3kg/barrel for Component B;
7. Storage life: 6 months since the production. [ |
