IV  Construction for reference

◆Surface treatment: wipe off the impurity, for example, floating dust, oil stain, etc. to keep the surface clean and dry;

◆Form of construction work: spray coating;

◆Thinner: purified water or clean tap water;

◆Dilution ratio: add water by 5%~10% of the paint weight, or adjust as the case may be;

◆Applicable viscosity: immersion 25~30s (paint-4cup, 23±2°C);

◆Type of drying: bake at a constant temperature of 180±2°C for 30 min;

◆Coating thickness: 10μm ~20μm (dry film thickness, single layer).

 

VII  Attentions

◆Difference in the level of processing substrate is referred to final effect and barrier property of the film coating;

◆After coating, let work pieces sit in dustless environment for 5~10min before accessing baking equipment;

◆Keep the product in a cool and ventilate place (0°C~45°C). The validity is half a year. If failing to meet the time limit, the product still can be used if proved to be up to standard through inspection.

 

VI  Packing and shipping

◆Packing: 20kg/barrel or 50kg/barrel;

◆Shipping: transport as non-hazardous goods.
