◆Category: This product is two-component air-dry paint with high-grade resin and hardener as film material;

*Water is the disperse medium of this product, no fire point at normal temperature, combustion and detonation is unlikely to occur.
*Fine adhesion, scrub resistance, and chemical resistance;
*No poisonous or toxic substances produced in the course of construction and film formation, and environmental friendly.

IV Construction for reference
◆Construction with waterfine epoxy barrier primer:
Blend waterfine epoxy barrier primer Component A and waterfine epoxy barrier primer Component B in 3:1 (weight ratio) evenly, let it sit for 5~8min before brushing or rolling coating. Construct for the next round after an interval of 12~24 hours;
◆Construction with waterfine epoxy floor topcoat:
Blend waterfine epoxy floor topcoat Component A and waterfine epoxy barrier primer Component B in 6:1 (weight ratio) evenly, let it sit for 5~8min and add by 5%~15% water before brushing or rolling coating. Construct for the next round after an interval of 12~24 hours;
◆Construction times and thickness:
◆3 times (0.3~0.5mm): barrier primer once (0.1~0.15mm) + topcoat twice (0.2~0.4mm);
◆4 times (0.4~0.7mm): barrier primer twice (0.2~0.3mm) + topcoat twice (0.2~0.4mm);
(Note: the construction time is decided by the effect of topcoat adhesion and gloss uniformity)
◆About spreading rate:
◆8~9m2/kg for waterfine epoxy barrier primer;
◆8~10m2/kg for waterfine epoxy floor topcoat.
VII Attentions
◆The floor should be free of hollowing, cracking or oil stains, while the water content before coating should be smaller than 8%;
◆Remove dust and stains on the floor. Polish the floor with a powerful polisher and completely clean it;
◆The validity of the epoxy floor product is 1~2h (after Component A and B are blended);
◆After topcoat construction, people may step on the floor after 2~3 days for drying and vehicles after 6~7 days!
VI Storing and packing
◆Storing:
Keep the product in a cool and ventilate place (5°C~45°C). The validity is 1 year.
If failing to meet the time limit, the product still can be used if proved to be up to standard through inspection;
◆Packing:
◆Waterfine epoxy barrier primer: 12kg/barrel for Component A and 4kg/barrel for Component B;
◆Waterfine epoxy floor topcoat: 18kg/barrel for Component A and 3kg/barrel for Component B;
