IV Construction for reference
◆Surface treatment: wipe off the impurity, for example, floating dust, rust, oil stain, etc. to keep the surface clean and dry;
◆Form of construction work: dip coating;

VI Adjusting solution parameters
◆Viscosity: For low viscosity, add original paint. Extract partial solution before adding the paint if necessary;
For high viscosity, add deionized water (the solid content should be greater than 33%;)
For excessive viscosity that cannot be regulated with deionized water, notify the manufacturer for on-site regulation.
VII Attentions
1. Difference in the level of processing metal substrate is referred to final effect and barrier property of the film coating.
2. Minimize the lowest point area of a work piece when coating, so as to reduce liquid loading;
3. Dip a work piece into bath solution completely with its highest point away from the solution surface within 10cm;
4. Dip-coating equipment should be fitted with a circulation system that contains a 120 mesh filter. Clean the filter on a regular basis. The system is equipped to keep the solution uniform and prevent settling. Start coating after the bath solution is stirred evenly;
5. Attach a thermostatic apparatus to the circulation system if the solution temperature cannot be controlled as required. Special note should be taken when the solution temperature is raised due to the entering of exterior heat;
6. Enable the circulation system at least once a week over 1 hour if the bath solution is out of service for a long time. Upon completion, spray a thin layer purified or deionized water on the liquid surface to avoid excess settling and skinning;
7. The bath needs no clean within one year if the solution is maintained normally. However, it should be cleared immediately if any “hard settling” by extracting solution, clearing impurity at the bottom of the bath, and adding the solution back with new paint complemented;
8. The original paint is not applicable for repair. Use our naturally dried anti-corrosion paint to repair work pieces.
9. Dry work pieces with air at least 8~12 min before they enter the baking channel, preventing paint film defect during baking;
10. Keep the highest temperature of the baking channel below 160°C, and the temperature at the entrance below 100°C. Ensure a stable thermal gradient through the channel to prevent film damage;
11. Keep the product in a cool and ventilate place (0°C~45°C). The validity is 1 year. If failing to meet the time limit, the product still can be used if proved to be up to standard through inspection. If skinned, remove the skin of paint.
